AI appearance inspection equipment

The AI Visual Appearance Inspection Equipment adopts a dedicated turntable as its inspection platform. Inspection stations are arranged on the upper part, lower part, side surfaces, and at special angles of the turntable. Through independently developed software and AI algorithms, the equipment ensures comprehensive and full-coverage detection of the product exterior. This not only significantly reduces detection blind spots but also prevents damage to the products.

The visual inspection stations include conventional side-view, top-view, and bottom-view stations for dimension measurement. Additionally, they are equipped with multi-camera 360° inspection stations and 360° outer contour inspection stations. Equipped with both traditional and AI-based machine vision algorithms, the equipment provides a comprehensive solution for both dimension measurement and defect detection.
