AI optical sorter

The AI Optical Sorting Machine uses a dedicated turntable as the inspection platform. Inspection stations are arranged on the upper part, lower part, side surfaces, and at special angles of the turntable. Through independently developed software and AI algorithms, it ensures comprehensive and full-coverage detection of the external aspects. This not only significantly reduces detection blind spots but also avoids damage to products.

The visual inspection stations are equipped with conventional side-view, top-view, and bottom-view stations for dimension measurement. They are also equipped with multi-camera 360° stations and 360° outer contour stations. Equipped with both traditional and AI machine vision algorithms, it provides a comprehensive solution for both dimension measurement and defect detection.
